Help connecting power cables to card

Just got a 8800GT and installing it, the connector for the power cables is shown in the picture below. Do I need to fit 2 seperate power cables from the psu or can I use one power cable with 2 molex connectors on.
I only have 2 seperate cables coming from the psu, each with 2 molex connectors on and I also need to power a HDD, DVD Drive and fan controller, it is a 500w unit.

I had similar issue (actually 2xhdd, dvd + fancontroller + 3850)

What I did was plug GFX cable into 2 molex connectors then put a 1-2 molex splitter on each of the remaining molex connectors and used the resulting 4 molex's for the 2xhdd, dvd + fan controller.

Seems to work though I expect there'll be plenty of opinions as to why my PC is going to imminently explode/catch fire/stop working!
