Help; Cooling possibilities

Hello, I have just put together a new pc - the case is Nov.t..h ACHILLES.

The temps are getting a bit high so im thinking of new cooling, heres the two possibilites.

The case in the flesh ;D

Front;

Side;

Back;

Any ideas on the best cooling?

set side fans to exhaust and get a better cpu cooler

So have all 4x 120mm in;

Front; intake
Sidet; exhaust
sideb; exhaust
back; exhaust?

Front - Intake
SideT - Intake/none

Do you think that setup would be better than the 360mm fan.

Front -intake
SideTOP- Intake/none.
SideBOTTOM- Intake
Back - Exhaust.

I would use the 120mm instead of the 360 depending on the CPU Heatsink.

CPU is Stock intel HS and fan.
