HELP Corsair 2gb xms 3200 no post problem :(

Hi folks just received my 2x1gb DDR Corsair cmx1024re-3200 xms3200re v3.2 3.3.3.8 this morning and put them in my comp pressed the power button and got no post, so i cleared cmos tried again and nothing, i tried each individual stick again nothing, tried single and dual channel again nothing! placed my old twinmos pc2700 back in and booted first time!

can anyone help me get this corsair ram working? or suggest anything that i may have missed?

hmm i thought it could be registered but the guy i bought it from claims he was using it with his asus a8n premium :confused:

? and think it's pretty much going to be sent back to him

yeah it's all sorted, not jon's fault just a mis-understanding! he's a top lad lay off him hehe, jon what cpu wer you using the ram with?

ok that is really odd lol as it's the same cpu as mine :confused:

when i send it back check it just to make sure as i'm really stumped lol

well either way the short and curly's are that it doesn't work in my motherboard so nm
