Help-Corsair DDR4 LED- Lights switch off once login

Hey guys wondering if anyone could help as its driving me crazy!

The led lights on the ram sticks work when i switch on the pc, but once i login to windows they just switch off.

Just to add i did do a clean format of the pc and the lights on the memory sticks were working before i formatted the pc even when i was logged in. Its just started to happen after the clean install.

Out of curiosity are you using any Asus Aura software?
I'm finding there seem to be two things at play...
1. Can't get CL to even see the DIMMs in the latest version...if I install the previous version of CL it sees the DIMMs but only controls one (the other just breathes)
2. When I install Asus Aura software (latest version) DIMMs go out completely.

Between CL not being as free from bugs as it should be and Aura causing some funny conflicts this RAM is some of the most expensive and annoying I've owned.
