I'm just doing some updates on my new 13" MacBook pro and one was the new firmware for the sata. The apple logo with the loading bar came up fine but now it's just on a grey screen and nothing seems to be happening. I must have been waiting over 10 mins now. Is this normal or should I just reboot or could that screw it up even more?
