where to start? lol. Ill begin from the start, my system started to crash randomly whilst ingame. This after a day moved on general pc usage, windows would freeze and programs would hang. checked all temps, error checks, RAM diags, tried ram 1 by 1, reinstalled on fresh HDDs incase SSD packed in..... no signs of anything so i decided it was time to reinstall again but run checks and test system to see if it persisted. Once i installed my driver for the Sound card it started to happen. so i restored to before the proggy and uninstalled the thing. It seemed to go smoothly through the install. towards the end it started to run slow. I then tested ingame which was laggy but my my ping was ok (graphic lag). I believe the issue may GFX card related but i have no other card to try and at this point i feel like im just tryin to blame something.

specs:

Processor:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2700K CPU @ 3.50GHz -runnin stock (on a H100)
Memory:
16384MB RAM (vengance)
Hard Drive:
128 GB SSD crusial M4 + 2x 1tb Spinpoint F3
Video Card:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti (ZOTAC)
Sound Card:
ASUS XONAR DS
Operating System:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Motherboard:
Asrock Extreme 7 Gen 3

the system is 13 months old......... there was no changes or updates to system. It just happened. I also use the machine for work (web/graphic purposes).

Any help would be great, RMA on sound card so theycan have it checked but the problem is still within the pc.

HEEELLLPPP :(

Then once it came off this screen it then came to this error:

Well I did a little searching for you on google and it seems related to the SSD, which is fairly obvious given the last error specifically states an I/O error. Someone here managed to get it resolved but they had to secure-erase the drive and then update the firmware:

I would recommend doing the same, since you've just rebooted anyway there's not much to be lost.

Hope that helps!

yeah could be ssd,000f firmware tends to be the most reliable

can also be memory related which would cause any component or program to fail/crash,i see your running 16gb

using x.m.p for your memory? if so how much cpu/vtt and dram voltage is it setting?
