Help creating a menu/template

Anyone who can use Flash or Photoshop, to create templates able to add me to MSN (in trust).

Needing a small template, that is a website/slideshow sort of thing, in a similar layout to this;

No animation like above, but on the left side them sort of butons, and then content on the other side, just need a template like the above menu if thats possible.

Have attempted to try it, failing terribly.

Would also like someone who knows about flash, linking pages etc.

Heres a larger image of the sort of layout i need;

Ive drawn a mockup of what the page layout will be with content;

Not in them colours, but thats the sort of thing i would like to achieve.

Ive created a few buttons, but struggling with how to link the pages, also the overall design, as in how to use it in Flash for example.

Anyone able to lend a hand, please? Thanks .

cannot really help myself, but if you are having trouble getting to grips with flash then try a program called swishmax
