Hi. I would like to upgrade my graphics card to something more suitable.

Could anyone recommend some suitable within these specifications.

Currently have - Radeon 5550HD
Monitor - 1920x1080 Resolution
Processor - i3 Intel Core
Budget - £50-100

Prefer Radeon.

Finally, it may sound like a stupid/ignorant question but:
Can I upgrade my Graphics Card without replacing the motherboard or upgrading anything else?

Thank you for your time.

OK thanks for the responses guys, think I might wait it out till my next student loan but I'll look into the 6770.

Two more Q. This may sound vague but how much of an upgrade is the 6770 over my 5550? and with RAM, can I just install it no problem without any other hardware upgrades?

It will be a considerable upgrade from what you have at the moment. What os are you using? 4gb of system ram is fine at this time.

6770 is much better in every way, personally if i can help it i would never go below a 700 series (eg 5750 or 6750 etc)
as long as you have a 64-bit OS then installing any ram should be fine unless ur getting like 16GB+ in that case u will have to check ur motherboards limits. but 4gb 1600mhz or 1866mhz would be good for gaming and would suit ur overall build very well.
