Help deciding on mobo.

ok, looking at possibly investing in an AM3+ mobo. i have 2 in mind the ASRock 990FX Extreme 4 (cant find it for sale yet :() and the Gigabyte 990FXA-UD5. my guestion is, should i wait for the ASRock or is the Gigabyte pretty much the same board? or is there a better one for the £150 mark?
