Help deleting file

Got these two folders that I cannot delete - I get an error sayin I need to be admin when I am!

How do I get rid of them? They're the ones with the random names in the pic below, think they from an old windows installation

I think you will need to take ownership of the folders on your account. Not using Vista so i cant give you a guide but there is one here

Tried Unlocker?

Unlocker didnt work but the taking ownership thing did....cheers guys
