Help! delivery info!

Just thought I'd try tracking my parcel due to arrive today and it says ....

12 Feb 2011 06:15 York Your parcel has arrived at the local depot

What do I need to do as I have to pop out for a couple of hours right now and my partner will ve waiting in for the delivery, if it actually turns up!

Can I actually call them on the telephone?

I've just got home ( my partner has been in all the time) and it was supposed to be delivered by about 10.00am according to the guy I spoke to on the telephone.
I spoke to them at about 9.30 and they said they couldn't initially find my address as it was a new estate ( it's been built 16 years ) but they had found it on their maps and it would arrive about 10.00am. The delivery driver had apparently gone to the next town some 11 miles away to get a "before 10.00am delivery" done when they couldn't find my address and would call on their way back! I even gave them my home contact telephone number to make sure they informed us of what was happening.
I'm not particularly happy with DPD right now!

Just tried ringing the depo again to see what is happening and now they must have closed as there is no reply - hmmmm not very hopeful of a new-build this weekend somehow!
