Help designing network for my self build

I’m building my own house (well I’ve paid a builder to do it for me but it’s my project)! The time has come to think about network design and I wanted to run my thinking past the fine people of OcUK.

I would like the following features:
- 2x cat6 to every main room (around 20 points in total but they wouldn’t all end up being used, some are just for future proofing)
- 4x CCTV cameras
- 4x wireless access points (house is 350sqm over two floors with masonry internal walls - not sure if having 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs is overkill?)
- front gate access - doorbell/rfid/keypad kind of thing - it’s about 30m from the house
- front doorbell
- I have a synology NAS I can plug in to serve media to the house

I was thinking of using the Ubiquiti ecosystem but I am very open to alternatives. Was going to go with UDM Pro for router, USW24 for PoE switch, U6 pros for the APs, a G4 Pro doorbell for the gate access (plus some Chinese keypad, a Shelly relay and some home automation logic on an old tablet to open the gate), a normal doorbell for the front door, and G5 turret ultras for the cameras.

I am being recommend doorbird instead for the gate access but it seems very expensive for what it is.

I’d love to get views on this setup. Any different ecosystems I should consider? Anything missing? Better components or cheaper for the same performance?

Thanks in advance.
