I don't really know anything about overclocking, but I have an old I5-9600k and I previously overclocked it just by changing one of the voltage settings in the BIOS and it ran great for years.

Today I installed a new gfx card and got a message about things being reset to default. So I went into the BIOS to re-enable the overclock but I forgot which setting it was and I think I changed the wrong thing...

I changed one of the CPU settings to 250, which seemed like it would give me an over clock, but now when I turn my PC on I get no display at all.

Is there anything I can do?

It worked! Thank you guys so much. I love this forum it's full of legends <3
For future reference you can check your motherboard manual and find where the clear cmos jumper is (usually labelled CLR_CMOS) to do the same thing, as it's often easier to access in a fully built system.
