*help* Download failed on W800i MMS...?

Hi folks,

I got 3 MMS messages, all from the same person.

The first one worked, the second one has a picture of a broken envelope, the 3rd arrived, and the same.

It says 'Download failed' when I try to open them.

I have re-downloaded MMS settings (Though I cant see why if the first one worked)

Any ideas if I can get these 2 to re-download?

Try redownloading the message (try opening it in the inbox) and it should say downloading. If it still doesn't work ring customer services as it may be a problem with the network.
