My daughter has the digimax L-1531w 15" lcd monitor and when you scroll down the screen it scrolls one line at a time, so I am trying to get the driver for this monitor without success? The digimax site, when you click drivers nothing happens can anyone help please.

Sounds like you haven't got proper video drivers on and are running the ones that windows comes with; a lack Monitor drivers wouldn't cause that.
Dependent on the make of graphics card, go and get the drivers for that and see if that fixes the issues.
