Help - E6750 running at 2.13

Just installed new mobo, Gigabyte 945gcm-s2l. I cant get cpu to run at 2.66 posting on boot as running 2.13.

RAM is corsair ddr2 677mhz

Any help much appreciated

Cpu Host clock control enabled
CPU host frewuency 333

Pci freq auto
mem freq 833
cpu frew 2.66 (333x8)

Dimm overvoltage [norm]
fsb overvoltage [norm]
cpu overvoltage [norm]

normal cpu vcore 1.325

i save and exit and it reverts back to

fsb1333 core.2 cpu [disabled]
