Help editing PHPBB3 Footer

I am trying to edit the footer of a PHPBB3 forum. However I have tried editing the "index.htm" and the "overall_footer"

I have edited both and re upped them... however the site remains the same.

Anyone any ideas on what I'm missing?

You need to reload or refresh the templates and styles in your Admin CP.
