Ok, here goes. New PC working fine for 6 days then nothing, freezing in windows and then won't post at all!!
Evga 680i, E6600, 2gb Corsair ddr2 c4, Corsair 520w psu and HIS Ati 1950pro gfx card. :)

At post all i'm getting is one long beep followed by 2 short beep. I have already RMA'd the HIS card and that was ok'd. It seemed to be fine with a borrowed Ati 1300 card.
Tried it each stick of ram, each time resetting the cmos, with no luck.
Changed all the power cables around, nothing again. :(

Not sure what to try next, is it a duff mobo or psu?

HELP, please

One long and two short indicate a graphics adaptor failure. If it works with the ati card and not the His then it all points down to the His being faulty.

The HIS card has come back today from OC with no fault found.

I thought that it might down to the psu, being able to handle the Ati9100 but not the HIS 1950 pro? If indeed the psu is at fault.
