Are you talking about a CPU fan? How is it you know it is running that fast?

They are plugged into the Motherboard header and I can see the speed of the fans on the bios. The fans are corsair rgb.

My fan speed is 1400 ±10% RPM. Its running below 1500 so it's normal. Must just be a faulty fan.
