L2speak English -.- -.- -.-

but anyway,
buy a new one, or tough.

A member of the forum already advised you to do soemthing about the overheating problem before this, and now its just tough really.

How on earth could you leave the charger charging for so long? Do you leave your laptop permanently plugged in? I'd have thought you'd have noticed before it burnt a hole in the laptop? no?

In your thread posted in March about this issue you said you'd had the laptop about 2-3 months, and now 3 months later you say it's out of warranty. Did you purchase the laptop new? If so, you've got another 6 months or so if it's a 1 year warranty. You may even have a claim under Sales of Goods Act as the problem started before 6 months were even up (much easier to prove it's a manufacturing defect).

Back your files up and contact Acer Warranty. Now.

I have to leave it charging a lot as the battery is broke and never stay on for a long as it should have.

I have never noticed the end of it getting hot.

Yes I got it new,
I'll have to have a look but I am sure it as run out by now,

And even if I can send it back.. What about all my things on it?

Tbh, I don't see why they would rely need it any way it's not like they need to go on it or any thing.

Just ask them. If they say that's fine, remove it and send it off, if not, then you'll need to backup your files on there; you should, however, be regularly making backups anyway if your data is that important.

Ok :)

Tbh, I never rely feel the need not like any 1 use my laptop other than me and I never rely think any thing will go wrong (What is a bit stupid)

Any way I am 100% sure now that it's the laptop that as broke as I tried a other charger and it wont work.

Here is not the place to ask. Contact the manufacturer if it's less than a year old (usually), otherwise contact a local repair shop and get them to quote you for a repair if possible. if it's not under warranty i'd say there'd be little point fixing it unless it's a very expensive laptop.

I think you've got the advice you need now, i'd probably contact a don to close this post if you're unhappy with comments, or click the report button by the post.

Keep the personal stuff out of it.
In future paul rope if you have a problem with someone's posts use the shiny rtm button on the left instead of letting them get to you and they'll be dealt with accordingly.
