Help find a replacement LCD for old Logitech G15 Keyboard

I have an old Logitech G15 keyboard that the kiddos now use. It's had a glass dropped on the LCD display which has now broken. I'm trying to find a replacement screen and assumed they'd be 10 a penny, but it would appear not. I've tried Logitech direct but they don't have spares, no real surprise due to the age. I've taken the keyboard apart and found the following details/markings etc but can't seem to find anything online. Weak Googlefu? Anyhoo - couple of pics of the bits/markings. Ta in advance!

There's few keyboards on ebay from around the world. Depending on quality could buy one purely for the LCD if it's not damaged instead of just the part?

Or just buy a new keyboard.

Or just live without the lcd if its for the kids.
