Help finding a bluetooth thingy

Can anyone tell me if there if some in existence like the Nokia BH-111 (http://www.nokia.com/gb-en/accessories/accessory/bh-111/) but that allows you to use your own microphone?

Basically I'm looking for a dumb bluetooth device that will allow me to connect my own earbuds, and my own separate microphone to it. There must be something out there.

I want to use it when cycling. An inline mic or a mic built into the unit isn't good enough due the amount of wind noise.

My plan is to use a throat mic, or directional boom mic.

so you think I might need a splitter with a 4-pole connector?

The HS3000 is a nice little unit, but the built in mic bit lets it down for me. I have to use an external mic.
