Help finding a dell case part please!?

I can't find one of these for the life of me within the UK:

The part number is kc230 and is the HDD rack thing in some of the precision and xps cases Iknow it's in the precision 690. I have tried to get into contact with dell via dell chat, email, their forums and telephone but with dell chat sayin they can't do anything and refering me to a number which is closed on weekends and with no reply to an email and with me not knowing how to work their shockin forums! I just wanted to know wether I could get a couple from them.

Suspend your hard drives. Those things look like a great way to transfer some nice vibrations through your case.

They're easily available for £12 each including delivery.

Nice thanks I did look on ebay before just didn't use the part number tried to use a description.
