Help finding a low profile cooler for ASUS P5G41T

Hi Guys,

I need help finding a good cooler for a P5G41T.

I was about to order this:

The realised the cooler will probably not clear the heatsink on the mother board

Any ideas on a good cooler I could fit on this board? It's in a slim ATX case so clearance is only up to 80mm high for a cooler.

Hmm, it looks like the cooler is high enough to clear RAM, and the heatsink looks about as high, but then the shape of the cooler at the side is a bit thicker, grrr not sure whether to order one or not.

Just spoke to John at OCUK, spot on service as usual, said it should clear but if not I can ship it back and swap it and get free shipping on the replacement.

Yeh I liked that one too, but like you said it was out of stock. I'm really hoping the Pallas will fit, it looks like a nice bit of kit

If you have problems with it fitting you might want to check out Thermalright AXP-100 and AXP-200. Their website has drawing with all the relevant measurements. FYI, it is 8mm from top of CPU to surface of motherboard.
