Help finding a monitor with these specs

I'm a gamer in need of a new monitor, what I need is the following...

2ms response time

1920x1080

Watts around 28 or less

DVI and HDMI connection

22-23" max width

LED

Reasonable price, eg no more than £200


I'm finding it hard to find one that fits the above, when I think i find one it's usually the power that's too much, or I find one with dvi only or hdmi only.

My first choice is the Samsung XL2370 which fits all the above, but I've only ever seen that for less than £200(from major site) once when I wasn't ready to buy! So are there any others out there?

Yep think 2ms should be ok depending on make, 6ms sounds too high for my liking.

That monitor you linked too was on my list but the info about having an hdmi and dvi connection is different depending where you look.

On the samsung site the tech shows as having both connections, but in the gallery it looks like it has no hdmi. Saying that, if you click on the table view for tech, it then shows dvi connection and no hdmi connection, too much confusion when it states DVI-I / HDMI / Optical Out / Audio Out inputs on the other page. http://www.samsung.com/uk/consumer/...N/index.idx?pagetype=prd_detail&tab=gallery3d

Amazon shows the tech as dvi and no hdmi.

Overclockers show the tech as having both.

Sounds ideal if it's got both as the watts is only 18 watts.

I would need a dvi connection for my current graphic cards which is a Radeon 4870, but I'm also wanting to cover myself for future upgrades if the card I get only has hdmi, as you say the cable is an option but I'd prefer if the monitor had the right connections in the first place.
