As the title says, The power brick on my old Hazro blew a few months back and I tried buying a replacement from the no competitor talk please!but I think I bought the wrong one as when I plugged it into the monitor the green light on the adapter went out and no power to the monitor.
Would this mean the wrong adapter was used? I bought one which matched the specs printed on the sticker. The seller suggested that the polarity was wrong? Is the Monitor broken? I've been on the Hazro website and the offer replacements and I e-mailed them with my problem but I've not had any reply Are they still trading?

So if anyone could help me out that would be great.

Most power adapters have a little pic on it with
a dot
then a semi-circle on it
this tells you which is positive and which negative

If you could post a pic of both power supplies labels (has voltage current etc on it) , I could check it out for you

The first pic you posted has a 4 pin connector on it and the second one has a standard single pin with positive in the center pin and negative on outer
