Hey Guys

Need some help with this please.

Daughter wants a new PC for xmas, now I know I should be building one etc etc, but she wants one of the all in one type..

Looking for a a screen size between 21.5 and 23.6, I need it to play Sims 3 at a decent quality and fps. Now, the problem being I have no idea what these graphic cards are like that they use for the AIO pcs. I am sure they are basically a laptop system placed behind a monitor..

Any help would be appreciated.

Budget would be pushing £825 max..

Thanks

just get a touchscreen laptop, and please don't spend £825 on something to play sims. intel hd 4600 graphics should be just fine.

It wouldn't be just sims mate. But probably very basic computing use as well..

Unfortunately my daughter prefers style over substance :(

As it is for her xmas, I will probably give in. Just this once though...

So anything with Intel HD4600 or above should be fine, minimum processor, i3?

Do a Google search for Asus ET2220IUTI-B018K or Samsung DP500A2A

Whilst these fit the bill, your job as a concerned and worldly parent is to make her aware of her folly and either get a laptop or build her a small and cute SSF system ;) :)

+1 even a pink prodigy matx or itx thing would be better.

£825 for a machine that will be worth nothing more than £400 including a screen seems silly to me, a nice custom built in a pink/white case and a nice monitor is the way to go here!

Yeah style over substance sounds about right. Would she also happen to have an iphone and/or ipad? lol

To be fair mate I wouldn't touch one with a barge pole. Try swinging the angle of having a custom build how she wants it to look. Why have something that just anyone can buy off the shelf? ;)

A touchscreen panel for a rig is gonna be over £200 so that is also a gimmick I would avoid if doing a custom rig. All the best with it bud but I think Exrayted has really hit the nail on the head :)
