Help Finding Centre Caps

Hey all, I picked up some cheap BBS wheels originally from a MK3 Golf/ Vento with no centre caps. I have been trying to find some for these wheels and can't find anything! I don't really care if they're BBS Style rather than genuine, they were only 100quid for the set. In fact, I'd prefer the knock offs as I'll spray them to match these!

They're the spec: 4 x 100 15" 6J ET45 part no. 1H0601025

Anyone know where I can get some centre caps? I hate not being able to find things!!

Just measure the diameter and then search fleabay for that size

Eg "52mm wheel centre caps"

There will be hundreds of results.

A quick search suggests they're 65mm but measure to check

Know anyone with a 3d printer?

Find some the right shape and adjust print size to fit.

Got 7 printers.

I can do it, would only charge material cost.

Can even put your own logo on it

Pity they aren't 14" mx5 bbs wheels, i've got 4 center caps for those. About 4 or 5 years ago you could still buy the center caps on there own, they were getting on for £100 each though

That's the thing! I reckon I could find some just about or on the secondhand market but the only ones that might fit and they're 120 a piece! The wheels cost 130 euros!!

Yea, she was at work. Even though it's super sparkling now, if she came home mid job, I'd no doubt get an ear full!!

The best thing at the moment is that it's her birthday on the 26th, so every time something is delivered and she asks what, I'm like ahhh you can't look... birthday!

Suppose I better actually order her some stuff though, or this could backfire

I have no issue with ordering car parts & the mrs. But that's because she orders more parts than I do :eek:

I lost a center cap on a set of volk racing CV Pro and ended up sending one to a guy to 3d print as they are rocking horse poo to find. It was very cheap to get them reproduced.

Always an option if you can find one.

Yea this is looking like a good option! How did they print them? I need to find a way to get a drawing of one to 3d print from!

It depends on the wheel as the offset of the centre caps can be different. Mine are not split piece but rather single forged. I found this out when buying one. I do have a singular centre cap that I could post if it fits your wheels as I have no need for it.

As for the 3D drawing I just found someone on eBay who offered a service. This was years ago and early days of 3d printing. I sent him my original and he made me up a set.
