Help finding .mp3 file

Just download a .mp3 file onto a internet cafe pc but I cant find where the file is. The pc is running xp pro and its in Spainish which isnt helping, tried the temp folder in C. but cant see it.

Anyone help me out?

Click on the Desktop and press F3 and a search box should pop up.

Yeah tried the search, but still cant find it.
