Help finding search form

Could anybody help me out finding a plugin for Wordpress that is capable of creating a search form like the one in the link below

I am helping a friend create a website for his entertainment agency and he wants a search field/category field like the one on that website, I remember I came across a plugin similar a while back but cannot find it.

Any help would be appreciated

I have never used this before, just found it from a google search:
search-filter plugin

Looks like the demo sites linked on there do a similar thing to what you want.
