Help finding these wood sizes?

Sorry, I'm abit rubbish understanding wood sizes... I want to use just standard untreated timber, which my locel timber store has lots... The guide is from Canada that I'm following and I'm sure they are abit backwards

I need
Wood:
QTY: 12 – 5/8 thick x 5 1/2 x 6 long cedar fence pickets : $2.59/board
QTY: 8 – 2×4 x 8 cedar boards : $7 / board

Anyone advise?.... Please go easy on me

Probably called fence slats. 5/8 is thickness (about 16mm), 5 1/2 is width (about 140mm) and you need 6foot lengths.

QTY: 8 – 2×4 x 8 cedar boards : $7 / board

Standard "2by4". (wont actually measure 2inches by 4inches though, nearer 1.5 by 3.5) and you want 8foot lengths.
