Can anyone suggest some websites/breaker yards I could contact to source a used part please? I've looked at a few parts websites Google has suggested, and emailed one yard too, but no luck yet.

(My mum's 2015 (mk2) i20's driver side electric folding wing mirror was broken by a vandal off its support, so I think we need to replace the unit completely. Hyundai have quoted £300+ to supply and replace, but have said if we could source a second hand part, fitting would be under £50, or I can try to change it myself. Having looked online, I haven't been able to find a reseller for this part. I looked on Ebay, and there are replacements, but only posted from India (I assume that's where they are made). I am hesitant to spend £150 to import one off Ebay in case it's faulty and a return will be expensive.)

Just search eBay for “breaking i20”, looks to be a few on there
Literally came to post the same thing. You'll have to message the seller and if they have what you need they should be able to raise a purchase with you through eBay so it's still legit.

Thank you. It didn't cross my mind to search for complete cars being broken apart!

Edit - plenty on Ebay indeed! I have messaged three to ask if the part is still available and its cost. One is in the exact colour too.

Have you gone to Hyundai direct or via an authorised dealer? sometimes the franchised dealer networks have vastly different prices to the brand direct (both good and bad).
