Help finishing a gaming build please

Hi people
I already have sitting and ready to build :-
A Bitfenix prodigy mini itx case
An AsRock z77E-ITX board
and a 128gb SSD
So I need a suitable chip and fan, nice quiet power supply, ram, and a gpu capable of 1080p gaming with modern games.
Value for money is the aim
Any advice appreciated!

Cooler, Matterhorn Pure

PSU: 500W (be quiet) - 550W Superflower/Seasonic.

RAM: 8gb of Anything 1600mhz or over.

GPU: R9 270X/280X
