I am looking into replacing my pc atm and thought why not build it? Here are the specs just want peoples opinions on everything i have, anything to reduce the cost but have just as powerful machine is great in my book. Anyway thanks for the help :)

the reason i have picked this spec as i have limited room to have the pc as my room is pretty small. Oh and I am not sure whether to get windows 8 or 7 ? i have used both but personally prefer windows 7. Basically because I am not sure how to run games and such on windows 8 but i take it is pretty much the same
 
i will be doing some gaming but nothing too extreme, mostly wanting to build it to a be a fast and powerful but compact machine. Thanks for your help help though
 
I am not sure about the PSU, would prefer to have it modular so there is less cable management. seen a couple videos on line and that seems to be a problem in them.
 
also is extra fans required for good cooling? thinking of getting another one to sit at the front so there is two, one on top of the other, just to pull more air through
