Help flashing my bios from USB, Is this right?

Hey guys.

I have this motherboard...

I downloaded the latest bios from that link and created a bootable USB, now on the USB I have just added the AFUDE238 file and the E7673IMS.1E0 files from the extracted Bios file.

I booted in usb mode then typed in them file names to run them, it said it wasnt compatable or something. Have I got the right files on?

Would it not be easier to just copy the BIOS file to the memory stick and then use the MFlash utility in the BIOS?

If that's the correct motherboard then the latest BIOS file is indeed E7673IMS.1E0.
