Help flashing the bios

i need to update the bios on my asus p5b deluxe, but have never done it before and do not have a floppy drive on the pc.

Can someone give me step by step instructions or a link to a good guide.

Please note i do have another pc with a floppy drive with an internet connection if that helps.

I don't want to take the floppy out of one pc to put in another etc if possible.

Any help much appreciated!!

sorry but see the manual, i didnt know how to do it and found out in like 1 minute with the same motherboard. There is a CD with the motherboard, can get it online too
