help flushing new gear

hi guys i just ordered these

Hardware Labs Stealth 240
Hardware Labs Stealth 280
EK-Supremacy CPU Block
EK GPU Block
XSPC 750 Dual bay Res and Pump

My questions are........

Do i need to flush all of these with water of just the rads?
What water shall i use to do it?
Where can i buy such water?
Whats the best way of flushing stuff (any tips of the trade)

Just the rads. Some rads come factory flushed though so you don't always need to do this.
Distilled or deionized water would be fine, you can buy this from Halfords as battery top up water.
Fill the rad with hot tap water, plug the holes and shake like crazy for a minute or so. Rinse and repeat until all the crap is out and the water runs clear.

Rinse the rad with distilled or deionized water then you're good to go.
