Help for a newbie please....

hi all....

finally got my new rig up and running....

AMD64 3700+SD (stock heatsink and fan)
ATI X1800XT 256MB (stock heatsink and fan)
MSI RD480 Neo2

and was wanting to know which component to overclock first (prefebably the easiest) to get a bit of a boost....not to push the components to the limit but an increase on stock....

could you also point me in the right direction aswell as programs to get....????

thank you....

ive heard that ati tool is not very good with the X1800 series....and to use another program (forget the name)....

so is the graphics card overclock just a case of increasing the speed....

what about volts....

anychance of frying it....

and will the warranty be void....

hi all....

finally got round to a bit of overclocking and got 8928 in 3dmark 05....

and is set as follows 670/860 with stock volts and everything else at stock....

is that anygood....

but i see that my cpu is the MAJOR bottleneck on these tests....
