hello all am building a pc, mostly for working and a bit of gaming (bf 3,skyrim...)
the software i usually use are 3dstudio max(animation and modeling) adobe Photoshop,premier, after effects. mostly personal projects building portfolio hoping for a job in the future

my budget is ~1500 euro

I would avoid using that company you mentioned. For example, an i5 2500k is £100 more than if you buy from OCUK.
