HELP: Forgot film title

It was “Santa Paws”

Hi all,

I watched a film a few years ago with my daughter and she’s after watching it again…. The problem….. neither of us can remember the title!

It was about a family that had to take over a family run toy store that was making no money. From a father or grandad that either passed away or was too old to run it now

They was going to sell it but decided to keep it open for “x” amount of day running into Christmas.

The leading lady was reminiscing about growing up in the old store and wondered how they would shift all the “old” toys

It was an old fashioned store and they couldn’t figure out how it made any money

We vaguely remember a Santa helping save it and it was the magic of Christmas or something that saved it and made it super busy

Sorry it’s so vague but it’s all I can remember right now.

Nope afraid not.

The store was in the city and had no customers, all I can remember is a link to Santa and the store becoming super busy in the final few days of it being open and decided to keep the store going to save the magic of Christmas

I can vaguely remember her decorating the store for Christmas and having to sort though the really old 50/60s style stock

This is bugging me now ha

I vaguely remember something about the lady in the store having an old Santa suit she found and giving it to an old man

Maybe I’m miss remembering but it’s bugging the life out of me

Missus is quite good at this and she's struggling.
Let's hope you remember a few more bits!

Nostalgic Christmas, throwing that out there, but doesn't really fit all the things you say.

Thanks all, maybe an obscure film seen on an obscure channel.

The leading charector was female, went to a big city to take over an old fashioned store. The store was family owned I think. The store I remember being dark wood inside and very very old toys etc. the shop was closed down already and everything was covered up with sheets

They wondered how the shop made any money so decided to sell it, in a last attempt they opened it for a small time and set a deadline to keep it open and raise money

I vaguely remember there being an old man who turned out, unbeknown to the lady, to be Santa and he used an old Santa suit in a walk in cupboard out the shop that was always used by the stores Santa over the years

The Santa, being so good at his job, as he was real, made the store super busy and saved the store

I’m clutching at straws to remember more

It’s going to be lost as a memory isn’t it

We literally can’t wait to hear what it is.

We will probably watch it and go “well this is rubbish” but it was a film I watched years ago with my daughter and me both remember it so well.
