Hello guys wonder if you can help.

I have got one of the original Titans fitted with the stock cooler, the cooling fan on the card has been getting gradually louder when its under load.

Any idea where I can get one of the reference fans from, already taken the cooling section apart and cleaned all the dust out but has not made much difference at all.

I had considered getting either the Corsair Hg10 or similar Nzxt version, but not really got the space to fit the AIO cooling unit in my case as I already have a H105 rad fitted in the roof & the obvious place to fit another A10 would be at the rear and I don't think I will fit as it would clash with the H105's rad :(

Also I cant fit it at the front of the case as I am using the 5 drive bay rack instead of the 3 drive bay rack.

Would a ACX 2.0+ cooler fit my Titan? even though its made for a Titan X?

The only thing I have not tried is parting the pcb from the heatsink & cooler, remove the fan totally, then try to get some grease into the fan.

Hope someone can help.

Cheers all

I put all my kit in a Fractal Define R5 last week, got loads of space under and at the end of the card.

So you say the EVGA ACK 2.0+ will fit my old titan?

Sorry another question will the backplate for the acx fit my titan too?

Many thanks

the titan x coolers and hybrid wont fit as there design fir maxwell and the original titan is keplar, what you could try and find is a faulty aftermarket 780 which uses a refrence pcb as that would fit as the refrence 780 used the titan pcb

Hi, the Titan design is locked so they are all the same hardware. The backplate and cooler we do certify for Titan cards will fit your card. Just make sure it is the right model as we have them for Titan, Titan Black, Titan X..

Thanks for your help guys, took the stock fan out of an old gtx580 that I had sitting here, stripped the Titan right down this morning swapped the fans over, gave it a good clean reapplied the thermal paste and the card is now working fine nice and quiet again.

Cheers all
