I payed for a voucher for xbox live last night on a website caller gamermail.
Basically because I really wanted to game last night and my subscription run out. They looked like a savvy site so I chose them as they were offering instant e-mail with code so you could instantly play.
However apon joining, I recieved an e-mail saying it would take 48 hours to verify my account which I thought was abit wrong seeing as they advertised as (recieve code and play online instantly).
I then bought an instant voucher from another site, which came through straight away and I was online within 5 mins.
I have sent a ticket request to Gamermail asking for a refund, I havnt recieved any code yet im assuming as my account is not active.
Do you think they will give me a refund?? Im assuming if they do, they will respond on Monday probably when I will more than likely have the voucher code.
