Hi,

I want to install a ATI Radeon HD 3650 PCI-e graphics card but my PC isn't detecting it at all.

My motherboard is a FOXCONN MCP73M06 FAB 1.0 and it has NVIDIA Ge Force 7050 on-board graphics.

I've tried disabling the on-board graphics and tried setting the BIOS to use PCI-e as the primary video display. I get nothing. It isn't detected in BIOS or in Device Manager.

Could the card be faulty.?

Any help would be.. well, helpful because I'm tearing my hair out!

first off, make sure that it is seated correctly? take it out and stick it back in.

failing that, as above, get it in another machine to see if it's the card that is at fault
