I have just bought one of these

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-112-SV

and one of these

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-277-MS

I love both but the they don't fit together.

The graphics card is too high (by around 20mm or so).

The case does express a card limitation of length = 11 inches and I checked that was okay, but it doesn't give any warning or limits about card height.

To add to my problems, I'm generally finding it difficult to find dimensions of cards so that I can check whether it would work.

So I either need to change the card or the case, but it isn't that easy.

I want an 'under the telly' gaming PC and there isn't a lot of choice of cases at reasonable prices.

And I'm find it difficult to find graphics card dimensions - I really want a GTX960 and for all I know they might all be too big.

Cheers,

Nigel

The Twin Frozr sticks up above the bracket. Look for a card where the cooler is flush with the bracket (where you screw it into your PC). Stock coolers are all flush.

From all the 960s that OcUK stock the only ones that won't fit are the ASUS Strix & DC Mini, MSI Gaming and Palit Jetstream.

All the others should fit.

Thanks guys - looks like I was just unlucky. Shame it's a really nice looking card.

Are GTX960 cards noisy - do I need to get something better than reference - I'm thinking with such low TDP the fans may not have to run much anyway

Cheers,

Nigel
