Need urgent help,

Someone is trying to bribe my cousin, they are threatening to upload a recorded video of her onto facebook and want her to pay money.

They have a list of her friends, is it possible they can send it to her friends even though they are not friends with hers.

After having a look on facebook I don't think there is anything she can do.

I have told her not to pay.

Can't believe facebook lets strangers send files to people they don't know.
