Help ! HL ep 2 DL stuck ...

I have the Black box voucher, which valve still honour if it came with your ati card.

I entered the code and started to download, Portal and TF2 downloaded and completed but HL ep 2 reached 44% and hasn't moved since yesterday, tried deleting the blob file no difference.

A quick bit of research tells me I am not the only one, but if you have HL episode 1 it works fine .... now I have the original HL2 CD .. its installed and updated, so I assume ep1 is another download only content ?

Is it possible someone could gift me ep1 ?

Unless someone knows a fix that will get ep 2 downloaded for me ?

That would be helpful and very public spirited of you :) ... unfortunatly I don't have anything I can gift back ... a guest pass for Counter Strike Surce, but I guess most people have that already.

I haven't used steam for ages, so not sure how it works ?

If that doesnt work send me an email. I have a link to the episode 1 .gcf files that you need. I had the same problem and downloading them worked for me.
