If you don't have mdadm installed I don't follow how you assembled a raid 5. Unless you built it in windows, and now want to view it in linux, in which case you're probably sol.
Assuming its mdadm based, do /dev/md0 or similar, all you need is a line in /etc/fstab though, google will provide you with one.
