hi

ok guys im a total noob with web building

ive made a web site and got it on google with web master. dont know how really

just made a site through this http://www.yola.com/login?login-success_url=http://sitebuilder.yola.com/ide/index.jsp and there was a guide on there of how to get it onto google

as you have probably guessed its for my small gardening round.

i would like to get bigger so advertisement is the way forward.

could you guys point me in the direction of a good guide of how i can get up to the top (well not the first 2 google paid for ones) or as near to the top as possible

do you think i should pay someone or will it not take to long to sort out myself.

i guy i know has offered to sort it out ut says it can take some time to get moved up which i understand it need maintaining.

how much should i pay as im only a one man band and not loaded

thanks for any help sorry about the wall of badly worded text lol

Can't help you with SOE, but you are top if you google cjgardens. Maybe something can be done with your meta data?

Author: xxxxxxxxxx
Description: Garden Design Cardiff,Garden Designer Cardiff,Planting Schemes,Planting Plans,Landscape Design,Garden Design,Landscape Architect,Landscape Gardener,Landscape Designer,3D CAD Plans,Vectorworks
Keywords: Garden Design Cardiff, Garden Designer Cardiff, Planting Schemes Cardiff, Planting Plans Cardiff, Landscape Design Cardiff, Garden Design Cardiff, Landscape Architect Cardiff, Landscape Gardener Cardiff, Landscape Designer Cardiff, 3D CAD Plans Cardiff, Vectorworks Cardiff

Looks fine to me though I know nothing of site ranking

It will take Google a while to properly sniff everything out, you say you just finished it, how long ago?

Edit: You say one man band and small round, but your tags only mention Cardiff. How about the specific area you operate in, or is it Cardiff as a whole?

there are loads of cjgardens thats not me at the top

i dont have a clue what meta deta is never even heard of it. honestly im a total noob

what i want is if people type gardener "area i cover" it will find me

people will not be looking for cjgardens on a google search

Add lots of quality content and refer to your location in it. Make sure it's relevant. Get some feeback from people you have done jobs for and put it on a feedback page including the location.

You could also register the domain heywoodgardener.co.uk - this will probably rank quicker for your desired search.

disclaimer - i'm also a total noob so these ideas may be bad.
