Hey can you guys help me out.
Im gonna be throwin a house party and apart from the drunken board games Im gonna have a Flight Sim challenge for my mates
None of them are simmers but they really enjoyed bumming around on FSX last time so this time round I thought Id make a game of it.
Its gonna be FSX and Im gonna set up a saved flight - the airplane will be on about a 3 mile approach and they have to do a nice landing. The winner gets a 6 pack of beer to take home
Anyways Im kinda trying to figure out how to do this. As you simmers know FSX has an Instant Reply function.
After one of my mates lands the plane - I wanna play back his/her landing from an EXTERNAL viewpoint (from the control tower).
What Im looking for is some freeware app that will let me record this replay and save it as a video. I wanna do this about 8 times. I will save the video with the name of the person.
The plan then is to replay all the videos while having a laugh and I shall judge who the put down the Boeing the smoothest without any aerobatics.
I know FSX has a "Record Flight" option but somehow I need an external viewpoint recording..
Any advice on how to go about this (preferably freeware?) ..thanks
