Help HTC 10 Unroot

Hey guys,

Bought a mobile phone from Gumtree, i have no idea how to unroot it, unable to use my banking app etc. I'm willing to pay inorder to have it unrooted or would appreciate any help thanks,

With HTC's you can normally find a factory image to flash (RUU). Does the current software have any factory branding, as you'd need to find the correct version to flash.

Try installing superSU and doing a full unroot from the settings menu.

many thanks for the reply, i think the phone was locked to EE before i bought it, now it's unlocked can i download any RUU or will this cause a problem, just need the phone to work with playstore and be unrooted, cheers

What does it say for the CID in this app?: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.tritonsoft.cidgetter&hl=en_GB

Depending on the CID will affect what RUU file you can run to return it to stock.
